Wolverine Silver reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check the website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes

 

PRODUCT CONDITION AND AUTHENTICITY

 

All products sold on this website are guaranteed genuine. All products, unless stated otherwise, have been acquired directly from the issuing mint and are new and uncirculated. Metal content is as stated (typically .999 fine) and all products are solid metal throughout (no plated metal). Upon request, Seller will provide evidence of direct mint purchase in the from of a mint receipt, with personal, volume and pricing details removed. Pictures on this website are representative of the silver product you will receive. Size and design will be identical, but unless stated otherwise you will not receive the actual product photographed. The "fit and finish" of the product will be to the accepted quality of the issuing mint. No representation is made regarding specific condition, grade, or aesthetic condition beyond that stated above. Products sold by Wolverine Silver are intended as bullion investment and are not represented to have any collector value.

 

PRE-ORDERS

 

Pre-Orders are a FINAL SALE.  Shipping times for pre-orders are only estimates, and may vary depending on the speed of delivery from the mint. In the event that shipping takes longer than one month from the longest estimated shipping time, Purchaser may cancel the order before delivery and will be refunded according to the terms listed in "Returns" below, less market loss (if any) and credit processing fees.

RETURNS

Buyer may return any order under the following conditions:

Defective / Incorrect Product: If a product is defective or the wrong product is shipped, Seller will pay the cost of return postage, and Buyer will have the option of a replacement product being sent if available, or a full refund of the purchase price. A product is considered defective if it does not meet the accepted standards of the issuing mint for bullion grade silver. Minor imperfections, irregularities or asymmetries do not constitute a defect. Non-defective products may be returned subject to terms below.

Notice and Shipment times: Buyer must email or text a return request to Seller within 7 days of delivery date of goods. Return requests will not be processed via standard mail. Buyer must ship the return, according to the terms below, within 14 days of receipt of goods by Buyer.

Credit Processing Fee: Any refund given to Buyer will be reduced by the amount of credit processing fees charged to Seller by the payment processor when the order was placed. This is typically between 3% and 4% of the purchase price. In the (rare) case that a payment processor refunds the processing fee upon cancellation of an order, Seller will issue a refund to Buyer of that amount.

Restocking Fee: Unless the product was defective or the incorrect product was sent by Seller, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from Buyer's refund.

 

Market Loss: If the one ounce spot price of silver has declined from the date of purchase, a proportional amount will be deducted from the refund given to Buyer. For example, if Buyer purchases a 1 Oz. silver round for $95 when the spot price was $90, and Seller receives the returned silver at a current spot price of $88, Buyer would receive a base refund of $93 ($95 purchase price minus $2 decrease in spot), as well as credit processing and restocking fees discussed above.  In the case of fractional purchases, the reduction will be proportional to the fractional ratio to 1 ounce. For example, if Buyer purchases 1/10 Oz. round at $16 when the one ounce spot price was $90, and Seller receives the returned round with spot at $88, Buyer would receive a base refund of $15.80 ($16 purchase price minus 10% of the spot decrease of $2, equaling $0.20), as well as credit processing and restocking fees discussed above.  No adjustments to return amount will be made in the event of market gain, although in certain cases if market has risen considerably, Seller may opt to reduce restocking fee at Seller's sole discretion.

 

Return postage: Except in case of defective or incorrect goods, Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage and MUST ship USPS Ground (preferred) or UPS Ground WITH FULL TRACKING. Any return with a total value of $500 or more MUST include a signature requirement. Regardless of the dollar amount of the return, in the event that the return is lost or misdelivered, failure of Buyer to ship with signature requirement will constitute non-delivery. Returns shall not be made via FedEx.

 

Item condition: Product must be received by seller in the exact same condition as was sent.  Video footage is taken of all packaging operations and will be used to verify the goods are in the same condition as shipped.

 

 

Form of Refund: Refunds will be sent to Buyer in the same form as purchase was made, minus fees, upon satisfactory receipt of goods by Seller.  To initiate a return, please contact support@wolverinesilver.com.

SHIPPING

​

Shipment is typically made within 1 to 2 days of order being placed.  However, I am just an individual so I may (very rarely) be on vacation and unable to immediately fulfill an order.  In that case, I will send you an email letting you know when I will be able to ship.  I ship all packages via USPS with tracking.  Any shipment over $500 will require a signature for delivery. Shipping times vary greatly depending on region, but typical shipping times are 3-8 days depending on buyer's proximity to Michigan.

All orders are shipped with tracking information.  Small orders are shipped via tracked standard letter and shall be deemed delivered upon a tracking notification of "Out for Delivery".  Larger orders are shipped ground and shall be deemed delivered up tracking notification of "Delivered".  PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS OCCURRING BETWEEN TIME OF DELIVERY AND ACTUAL RECEIPT OF GOODS.  ANY ORDER MARKED "OUT FOR DELIVERY" OR "DELIVERED", AS NOTED ABOVE, CONSTITUTES SELLERS FULL AND FINAL COMPLETION OF SELLER'S OBLIGATION FOR THE ORDER.  Claims of undelivered goods or tampered packages will be handled through the USPS postal inspector and local law enforcement. Seller will cooperate fully in any such cases. Purchaser agrees to cooperate with any inquiry regarding such claims, including personally meeting with inspectors, police personnel or other law enforcement or regulatory personnel.

​ERRATA

 

All reasonable efforts are made to insure that pricing and stocking information is correct.  However, Wolverine Silver reserves the right to cancel any order based upon clerical errors, including pricing errors.  Orders and pricing are not final until shipped.  In the event an order needs to be cancelled due to error, purchaser will be promptly refunded purchase price.
